We are currently wokring at a turnaround time of two weeks to produce our items, once it is marked as shipped it can take: Standard Shipping - 3- 5 days First Class - 1-2 days Next Day - 1 day

I send out all free shipping items with Royal Mail Second Class, unless upgraded on checkout.

I am looking into new packaging but for the time being all my items are sent in branded white postal boxes, with branded tissuse paper inside around the item.

For smaller items it usually takes me up to 5 working days to make them, why? I have lots of orderes to get through and make them in order they arrive, as well as the fact that they are all customised and made to order by me. For larger items, such as bags, purses, wallets and passport wallets it usually takes me slightly longer so please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be despatched If any of this is unclear, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me

This is because I have several orders to get through, and they are all handmade by me in my workshop. I am also a parent to a 4 year old so I only work business hours during the week Not to mention that all the items that I sell are made to order to each persons specifications

Once you have chosen an item you like, you then choose a leather colour, thread/hardware colour and finally if you choose to have it personalised a font choice. I have a lot of colour options, (12 leather, 11 thread, 5 hardware and 2 font) not all these choices are added visually to each items listing but you can see all the options on the Colour Sample page

I only use the finest quality leathers for all my products, be sure to check out the care page to get the most out of your item Care Instructions The leather I use is Full Grain Vegetable Tanned Italian Leather finished in England with 2 - 2.5 mm thickness, I don't use liners on any of my products instead I leave the leather at full thickness
